These terms apply to your use of the RU Active Dubai website and to appointments at our two clinics:The information on this website is general. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a qualified clinician.
In an emergency, call 998 for an ambulance or go to your nearest emergency department.
Submitting the booking form, or messaging us, is a request and not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm the date, time and clinic.
We’ll do our best to book you with your preferred clinician, but this depends on their availability. If they’re not available, we may suggest another suitably qualified member of our team.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please contact your clinic as early as possible, and ideally at least 24 hours beforehand, so we can offer the time to another patient. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged; we’ll explain any charge when you book.
Fees are paid at the time of your appointment. We work on a pay-and-claim basis: you pay us directly, and we give you the invoices and reports you need to claim from your insurer.
Whether your insurer reimburses you, and how much, depends on your policy, so please check your cover with them before your appointment.
Before treating you, your clinician will explain their assessment, the proposed treatment and any risks, and ask for your consent. You can ask questions or decline treatment at any time.
Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication, or changes in your health, so we can treat you safely.
Treatment of patients under 18 requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may ask a parent or guardian to attend appointments.
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to RU Active Dubai or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our written consent.
Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google and Instagram. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but our services, clinicians, fees and opening hours can change.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law, or our responsibility for the care we provide. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on the general information on this website without a consultation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
