Carolyn is a sports medicine nurse who is passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger in their everyday lives. She thrives in a collaborative team environment and values every opportunity to learn, grow, and support others in their health and fitness journeys.
Outside of work, Carolyn has a strong passion for Pilates and a variety of water sports. She has more recently started running.
