Senior Physiotherapist
John is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008. After 5 years working within the NHS - initially as a rotational physiotherapist before specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy - he relocated to Dubai in 2013, where he has continued to build his expertise over the past decade.
With more than 15 years of specialist MSK experience, John has a broad clinical skill set encompassing sports injury rehabilitation, pre-and post-operative management, manual therapy, dry needling, and strength & conditioning. He places a strong emphasis on movement-based rehab, behavior change interventions, and patient education to empower individuals in adopting and sustaining an active lifestyle beyond the clinic.
John has a particular passion for working with active individuals & athletes at all levels. As an endurance athlete himself - having completed numerous ultra-endurance events - he brings first-hand understanding of the physical and psychological demands of training and competition and the commitment required to perform at your best.
