It was my first time working with a physiotherapist ever and Jake was always calm, kind and made sure I gently challenged myself on every visit to get stronger. Just what I needed to stay on course for my physical fitness journey. His work over three months allowed me to continue in the gym without further injury and to strengthen my shoulder.Posted on Google Siray KöroğluTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. About 14 months after my spinal surgery, I was still struggling with movements like bending forward and twisting. I was doing Pilates and really liked it, but because my surgeon hadn’t cleared me for certain movements, there was only so far I could go. I was then referred to Jake, and over 10 sessions, I noticed a real improvement in my overall movement and confidence. Forward bending was one of the clearest examples, I went from barely being able to do it to moving much more freely. Honestly, I didnt expect to see that level of progress. What I love about working with Jake is how calm and reassuring he is. He makes you feel safe, never pushes too hard, and helps you trust your body again. Thanks to the progress I made with him, things that once felt completely unrealistic like learning tennis now actually feel possible. I’d happily recommend Jake to anyone coming back from a long recovery and needing to rebuild confidence in their body.Posted on Google sobiya zameerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Robert Kempers is a consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine with over 15 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and guiding athletes and active individuals toward better movement and long-term recovery. He specialises in issues ranging from neck, shoulder, and back pain to hip, knee, and foot problems, always working with the body’s natural capacity to heal through movement.
With academic backgrounds in both Biomedical Health Science and Physical Therapy, Robert has a deep understanding of the mechanics of human movement. As a former elite triathlete, he brings firsthand insight into endurance sport, training loads, and recovery. His philosophy is simple: exercise is medicine, and the key to recovery often lies in restoring natural movement patterns, not suppressing them.
Robert has over 15 years of experience in elite cycling as a team doctor. He served as Chief Medical Officer for the Dutch National Cycling Federation until the end of 2023, supporting athletes at three Olympic Games (London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2021), as well as the European Games in Baku and Minsk. He was also medical coordinator for Team Jumbo-Visma Women until early 2023. Since 2024, he has joined the INEOS Grenadiers professional cycling team as a Sports Medicine Doctor.
Alongside clinical work, Robert is involved in ongoing research on bone health and energy availability in young and elite cyclists, with a focus on relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S). He continues to champion evidence-based practice in athlete health and sustainable performance.
Outside of work, you’ll find Robert on a bike, out for a run, or enjoying the outdoors—living the same active lifestyle he encourages in others.

Physiotherapy tends to focus on specific injuries with progressive loading and exercise; osteopathy takes a more whole-body, structural view, often using gentle hands-on techniques to restore mobility. We frequently use both depending on the case.
No referral needed. Physiotherapy, osteopathy and podiatry are all primary-contact services in the UAE — you can book directly with us.
Yes — we work with most major UAE insurance providers. Coverage varies by plan and discipline; we recommend checking your benefits with your insurer or our reception team before your first visit.
Initial consultations are 60 minutes to allow for thorough assessment and treatment. Follow-ups are typically 30–45 minutes. Custom orthotics fitting takes a separate dedicated appointment.
We start with a comprehensive biomechanical assessment — gait analysis, foot scan, and clinical examination. The insoles are then fabricated to your specific measurements and prescription, and fitted at a follow-up appointment.
Absolutely — and many patients do. Our team coordinates between physiotherapy, osteopathy, and podiatry so your treatment is connected, not fragmented.
